About Michelle
Maintaining personal identity and interests while raising a family can be challenging. Like the many people I work with, it’s about living in seasons. And this season, I’m a devoted bleacher mom, cheering on my teenager with a baby on each hip, and my husband by our side, potentially buried in the presumably necessary bags of toys, diapers and snacks needed for surviving a public outing.
I take pride in my developing respect for the natural process of waxing and waning. Our passions, our energy, and even our sense of identity shift over time. Nothing lost—only transformed. I trust that the parts of me waiting quietly, will return when the seasons change.
As a therapist, I hold the same space for the people I work with. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, with steady confidence and deep respect for both your resistance, and your resilience. Together, we can make sense of your story, accept your current season, and help you move toward the intentional version of yourself you are becoming.

Day one is all about reviewing that paperwork together and creating a plan. It's an important day for me to gather all of the puzzle pieces. If you're ready to dive in, so am I! But, please be kind to yourself and take that pressure off to rip the bandaids. We'll get there at a pace that's right for you.
